Current long range weather forecast for Baitcon.

Keep in mind this will likely change a couple times between now and then, as this is the long-range predictions. But it is something to base your planning on. Looks to be right around the averages for the area.

This is at the BOTTOM of the mountain, subtract 3 degrees for every 1000 feet you go up!
How tall is the mountain we are on? The best I can figure it's between 1400 and 1600 feet. Anyone know for sure?

Saturday

Yep, about 1500 feet give or take a hundred. If you used the forecast for New Lebanon, that's around 700 feet above sea level already, so you'd only subtract 800 feet, or about 2 1/2 degrees from the temps given. Sounds good!

If I was designing a long-range forecasting system, I'd probably start with the historical average for that date and location, and go from there to more real-time adjustments to the average only as the actual date approached. Just sayin'. I don't even bother to put stock in forecasts more than 3 days in advance.

This looks like perfectly standard Baitcon weather.
