No. Really. PLEASE! PLEASE! Carpool. If you have space in your car, offer it. If you might be willing to go with someone else, say so.

Yes, carpool like fiends. So it means negotiating your leave times. Who cares when the gas prices are this high. Besides, won't it be more fun if you have someone to talk to while driving?

We are :) With goddessfarmer, so we'll arrive early and have our annual fight over the tent when there are fewer people around, and there will be more time to kiss and make up afterwards :)

We're doing our part! One vehicle, 6 people. :)

Of course, getting all our stuff packed in there is gonna be a challenge...

We aim to have 3 bodies, a wheelchair, and all the rest of our rainworthy gear ... somehow ... in one vehicle. Just another reason I sometimes wish I were still driving a van...

So far, I'm resisting the sweet seduction and cargo flexibility of my trailer, but I'm really wishing someone I knew had one of those Class III Receiver-mounted auxiliary cargo decks for me to borrow! (and if you're reading this, and do have one -- let me know! please!)
