That time of year again!

Yup, its that time of year again where a not-young girl's fancies turn to ice cream experiments! Here's a couple of the ideas I'm floating right now:

Basil Blackberry Casis Sorbet
Mango Garam Masala Ice Cream
It's Easy Being Green - Cucumber, Honeydew, Mint, & Basil Sorbet
Middle-East Peace - Fig & Baharat Ice Cream (Baharat is a spice mix of peppercorn & allspice)
Faux Coffee (no actual coffee used nor does it contain any caffeine!)
Blood Orange & Plum Sherbert
Chartreuse Sherbert

Lastly there's a Sooper Sekrit Ice Cream Flavor that a couple people know about but which I'm not gonna divulge unless I actually succeed and bring it to Baitcon. Suffice it to say that if this one works I'm totally going to have redeemed myself for that Ceviche fiasco! (Why oh why is it that no one remembers that the year I brought the Ceviche was ALSO the year I made the awesome peanut butter ice cream with mini peanut butter cups in it? Come on? That one disappeared in 5 seconds flat and everyone loved it. But do they remember that? NO! All they remember is the horror of Ceviche!)

Question: Of my previous successful flavors, which ones should I consider making again this year?

Saffron Almond Curry Ice Cream, Peanutbutter Ice Cream with mini PB cups, Strawberry Habanero Sorbet, Whirled Peas Ice Cream, Orange Saffron Dark Chocolate Ice Cream, Pear Ice Cream with Balsamic Pecans.

Orange Saffron Dark Chocolate Ice Cream sounds like something I'd line up for :)

I hear you about the Ceviche. I'm the one remembered for Cheddar Cheese ice cream (hey, it's dairy) but noone recalls the Amaretto-n-Cream, or the Apple Pie, or the first successful peanut butter and jelly swirl.

Both of the saffron ones sound yummy, though I do not think I have tasted either one.

And being not much of a fan of peanut butter, of course I'm going to remember the horror of ceviche far more than any peanut butter ice cream.
