I must be missing something; I can't find any way to register or to pay. There's a place to log in, but I don't see how to set it up. Maybe it's just so obvious that I'm looking right past it?

Left-hand column, "Baitcon XX"... then the invite and etc. is on the left. I'll add a more obvious link in the main body page soon. :)
