I'd be interested in trying the "Balsamic Strawberry Ice Cream".

Yesterday's Globe has an article about frozen yogurt. The most interesting recipe they mention is mint-ginger yogurt.

Balsamic Cherry ice cream will return to Baitcon in just a couple of weeks. As for frozen yogurt, [livejournal.com profile] roozle tossed a few containers of Liberte brand plum & walnut yogurt into the ice cream machine without anything else and it was a lovely not-very-sweet quick dessert. Tonight I'm expanding on that theme with their blackberry yogurt, a bit of blackberry jam and a bit of heavy cream.

Ooh, I really like the Liberte yogurt, and the plum-walnut flavor is extra nummy. I can well imagine that it would be very nice frozen!
