Suggestion for category

baitconI won't be able to attend Baitcon this year (work conflict), so I wanted make this judging category suggestion:
"Almost, but not quite" promising flavors that just need a little tweaking. Hopefully votes in this category would include suggestions for improvement.
From last year, my "almost but not quite" flavor was the DIY Somerville Cherry. For me, the rich cream overwhelmed the cherry flavor. Perhaps macerating the cherries so the juice spreads throughout the mixture would overcome this?
