For those who asked me for a copy of the recipe for the gazpacho which I turned into ice cream, here's the gazpacho recipe and then the additions list of what you need to turn it into an ice cream.

Green Gazpacho

Ingredients
1 cups romaine heart leaves lettuce, chopped
1/2 cups spinach, chopped
4 inches of medium cucumber, peeled and diced
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black
¼ c simple syrup from boiling celery and dill seed
2 ounces lemon juice
3 tablespoons vodka
1/8 tsp smoked habanero paste
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tsp liquid from a jar of crushed garlic
1 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 cup sour cream

Directions
Run all but the last ingredient on the above list through the blender and let it sit in the fridge for 24 hours for the flavors to combine.  After 24 hours, the gazpacho is ready to serve.  Put a dollop of sour cream onto each serving, about 1 tablespoon ought to be enough.  Scary but true it's really an excellent ice cream flavor as well. Sunspiral was taking notes and helping a ton when we created the recipe.

To turn into ice cream add:
2 cups half & half
1/2 cup sugar
