Just a reminder to get tick inspected even if you were one of the people who were putting your pants in your socks or otherwise taking great care. My mom spotted and removed a tick from my back and I was not walking around with out a shirt, nor did I ever lie down in the grass. They're tricky little things.

We also had good success using tick twister which got her off alive and still wriggling, which gave us confidence we didn't leave her head behind.
