I know I say this every year - including noting that I say this every year - but it's more true than ever at the moment:
We have a minimum we need to be able to afford to do this, while paying our contract with the site and we need that minimum well in advance.

That deadline is approaching. Please! If you're intending to come to Baitcon this year, hie yourself to the website and register soon.
