Baitcon Prep has begun...

Just finished pitting and pureeing 5 pounds of yummy cherries for a cherry sorbet. I only ate two so I know they were good. Actually G pitted, I chopped and pureed. Yay for the little gadget called an olive pitter! Made it so much easier. Currently the cherries are in the freezer and my hands look like I have been peeling pomegranates. The nails are brownish and the cuticles are red.

Also in the freezer for next week...
4 loaves of Pumpkin bread
4 loaves of Chocolate banana bread
2 loaves of Cranberry Raisin Pecan bread.

Tomorrow... Mango bread.
