This is what halleyscomet and I will be jointly bringing to Baitcon this year.

Recipes ready to mix & freeze for transport:
Saffron Curry with Almond & Raisins (Biryani Ice Cream?)
Strawberry Habanero Sorbet
Cucumber Sorbet
Orange Ice Cream with Chocolate Saffron Swirl (make the ganache thinner and use a bit less orange. Oh, and get better quality chocolate.)
Tazo Sweet Orange Tea Sorbet with Ginger Brandy
Crysanthemum Tea Ice Cream (will know after test run tonight - might give up on this one if tonight's batch doesn't prove out.)
Whirled Peas (Nailed this recipe on the first try. Obscenely proud of it. Debating shelling more fresh peas versus working with frozen.)

Still need to do a test batch of:
Balsamic Strawberry Sorbet (shouldn't be hard. Just a modification of the strawberry habanero recipe)
Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese Ice Cream (still a big old case of WTF right now.)
Ceviche Sorbet (Guess I'm making Ceviche tonight and then running some through the ice cream maker to see how it tastes. Might just need to give up on this one too.)
