I stayed recently at the Fairmont Hotel in Chicago, but never realized
that, as an amenity, you can design your own ice cream flavor and have
it delivered to your room. According to this article in the Chicago
Reader, the only flavor that's ever really disturbed the pastry chef is
avocado.

I can't *wait* to stay at the Fairmont again.
