and last year's coconut lime was great, except for the earworm problem.

Um, some of those flavors have already shown up at past baitcons.
I believe people have experimented with chesse flavored ice creams, I know cheddar cheese is among the flavors someplace. And Ricotta cheese wouldn't be bad in ice cream.

I think an octopus showed up last year, but was scrapped because it wasn't kept properly chilled before freezing and rather than risk it having spoiled it was scrapped.

We have had a couple fish flavored ice creams in the past.

I believe a garlic ice cream or sorbet was done once... once.

And seriously, chili pepper? We have been doing habanero flavors for years.

I would likely pass on all of them, I'm a traditionalist, I prefer plain ordinary flavors like chocolate and strawberry.

I thought the Viagra might be a mistranslation of Vanilla. Haven't you ever tried the exotic Asian ice cream flavor Banira?

I was gonna say, the squid ink one at least *looks* awesome. Not necessarily to eat... although adding pesto makes it a lot more appetizing. hmm.

Yam and Coconut beer....

Hmmm....

I have a recipe for using yams in beer. They add fermentable sugars and some color but unless you roast them they don't add much flavor.

A friend told me the other day that when she was traveling and asked for ice cream with jimmies on it, she got a very strange look. Apparently, per the regionalisms of wherever the saleslady was from (Florida?), jimmies are condoms.

I was vaguely pondering some sort of ricotta basil concoction this summer... maybe next year. I want to do some experimenting at home first.

Chunky Fish Ice Cream was one of the favorite foods of Oscar the Grouch in a book I had as a kid. Spaghetti with Ice Cubes and Chocolate Sauce was another.

There are several there I'd at least try.
