Similarly, London has Chin-Chin Labs, which I stumbled upon by accident last month. I tried the Valrhona Chocolate. Great flavor, perfectly smooth creamy texture (yet not too fatty in the mouth), but they fall somewhat short of the "made-to-order" aesthetic, as they don't freeze custom flavor combinations.
