I've made the mix for lime ice cream; Moroccan Mint Tea ice cream is in progress, and the gravlax is curing for my Sunday brunch ice cream.

Last year I used a drill press at Sprout, a semi-open work space in Davis Sq. But this year I couldn't find the clamp I used last year and none of their metal drill bits looked up to the job anyway, so I asked sunspiral to drill my spoons, which he graciously did. :)

I might have our plastic spoons from a previous year, unless they finally bit the dust... but I have at least 3 that you brought to our house last summer, and may yet find more.
