I stumbled upon this; apparently they opened a few weeks ago, out of a semi-permanent shipping container. 2-3 flavors a day, in a setup that looks very similar to the other commercial LN2 ice cream joints I have heard of - plumbed in with a tank below, a valve above and a mixer that it adds the LN2 into to freeze on the fly. They don't plan to make and serve ice cream much longer this season they will have the container operating in some other form in the same location this winter.
