Infused flavors

I plan to bring two infused-cream flavors, already infused, to Baitcon. My difficulty is that I don't know where or how to store the infused cream from my arrival on Friday to being able to freeze them on Saturday. Thus I turn to the freezing crew, kitchen crew, and everyone who's brought infused cream with them in the past. Will a cooler keep things cold enough overnight? Can I borrow fridge space somewhere once I'm on site? Is there some Sekrit Ninja Ice Cream Technique that I don't know about? Help me, Ice-Cream Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope!

Baitcon 23: One week away!

We're excited that Baitcon 23 begins next Friday and excited to see those of you who are joining us.
We've had a flurry of questions lately and realized that some folks don't know/remember that all the relevant info is on the website.  So, here's some quick links to things you need to know or might be curious about regarding Baitcon 23.

Merriment
There will be ice cream to make and eat! There will be dancing! There will be frolicking! There will be drumming! There will be hugging! There will be gathering round the fire! There will be more ice cream - brunch flavors, kid-made flavors! There will, hopefully, be lovely and dry weather! There will be games, smores, walking the labryinth, exploring the woods, singing, improv games and more!  Baitcon is what you make it.
