Folks? Why are different and experimental flavors a bad thing? Why are they a sign of a moral failing?

I like them. I encourage them.

I think that our recent move towards shrinking the batch size is a good thing, but I think that creativity in frozen dessert making is good.

Honey date was what I tried a few years ago, but it didn't work as well as it should. I think if I try it again I'll make a date syrup first.

I'd say you should give it another try using a syrup.

Hey, here's another thought for you, Pomegranate and Fig or Pomegranate and Caramel. I think the first of these would have to be a sorbet.
