Folks? Why are different and experimental flavors a bad thing? Why are they a sign of a moral failing?

I like them. I encourage them.

I think that our recent move towards shrinking the batch size is a good thing, but I think that creativity in frozen dessert making is good.

Bah, what a scaredy-cat. Just because something's um, challenging doesn't mean it isn't tasty. Plenty of the chicken liver ice cream got eaten, after all. At least I'm not making green mouse and telephone ice cream, like Delerium did. Although last night Gabriel and I figured out how to actually get it to work, during one of those surreal discussions that only Gabriel and I could have.
