sad but true; I'm part of WikiProject:Mixed Drinks, and when you point me at something as mixed up as this, I have to fix it. It's not even a 'maybe I will...', it's a compulsion.

If you're interested in this one, you might also be interested in this other mixed drink article I worked on...Orange Whip (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orange_Whip). It might be a little too boozy to try as is (though dcseain was thinking a sherbert) after I posted it. If done as a sherbert, I think doing it with blood oranges would be delightful.
