baitconDue to the fact that I have 4 pounds of the commodity, I think I will use the 2 pounds of Idaho huckleberries for an ice cream and 2 pounds of St. Helens huckleberries for the sorbet which I introduced last time.
Due to the nature of the watermelon, I need to wait until tomorrow to start prepping the watermelon sake sorbet. I may need more sake.

jbsegal with shopping. I may also prep the Spicy Brains tonight.
