baitcon | Ice cream Flavors

So here are the flavors I will be bringing to Baitcon this year.

Definitely bringing:

Mandarin Ginger Sorbet
Key-Lime Sorbet
Cranberry Sorbet (would you even let me in the house if I didn't bring this one?)
Pomegranate Frozen Yogurt
Chocolate Hazelnut Nutella Swirl Ice Cream (Made with yucky chocolate ice cream)

Here are the ones I am thinking about, and will likely bring the stuff to make them if we have enough time and/or don't have enough other stuff made.

Cinnamon Chocolate Ice Cream
Spearmint Ice Cream
Cinnamon Red Hots Ice Cream
Pistachio Ice Cream

I will also bring breads for breakfast for both Saturday and Sunday.
Pumpkin Bread
Cranberry Bread
Chocolate Banana Bread
Zucchini Bread
Cherry Nut Bread (New this year)

As usual there will be a tray of cookies for folks to nibble on as they arrive on Friday afternoon.
to include:
Mint kisses, PB kisses, apple oatmeal cookies (someones favorite!), ginger molasses cookies, chocolate chip cookies, cappucino chip cookies, honey sesame cookies and espresso cookies.
Also a tray of gluten free cookies:
Meringues, mocha meringues, GF peanut butter cookies, GF chocolate chip cookies, and GF lemon sugar cookies.

Oh and of course, I'll be bringing the cookbooks, with many of the recipes for the above stuff in them.

Yes, I'm anal, I have my lists, I like to buy the ingredients I need over several weeks rather than all at once, it's less of a shock to the pocketbook that way.
