We have some dried lavender, dried roses, candied rose petals, and candied violet petals. Suggestions? We have no great quantity of any of them, but enough to flavor a few batches.
I have candied hibiscus flowers to add to the mix. They're kind of chewy, so I'm planning to chop them up and either soak them or stew them beforehand.
