baitconThank you to everyone who attended and helped make Baitcon XIX happen! Every single person seemed to make some effort to help, which we greatly appreciate! Folks made ice cream, conversation and good times - this is truly what makes a Baitcon. Thank you so much!
As BCC gathers post-con notes and thoughts, we will be updating the website around July 15th with final budget numbers, a survey about this year & next year, and a very long list of thanks. I am sure that we will be adding to this list over the next week but here is a start at my Thank Yous:

And a very special note of deep appreciation goes to Doug Ayen. Doug donated a very large sum to help make Baitcon possible for 10 scholarship recipients. Thank you very, very much.

Important Equipment
Date: 2008-07-05 04:10 pm (UTC)And don't forget Spencer, who loaned us a whole sound system for the dance, even though he didn't make it to Baitcon. Perhaps not as vital as a freezer or kitchen equipment, but still important to those of us who danced.
