I sometimes use Torani syrups to flavor sorbets and ice creams.

Blood orange

Toasted Marshmallow

Torani's main worldwide competitor is Monin, and they have an extensive line (http://moninstore.com/) of interesting flavors (lemongrass, chipotle pineapple, desert pear, elderflower, Mayan chocolate, etc.) available as well. They're all HFCS- and gluten-free, for those that care about such things.
