(BTW, as we haven't been totally clear: We're asking people to _pay_ by the deadlines, not to just rsvp. We're also asking people to use the registration forms 1x per person, rather than just to reply for multiple people.)

I totally read that as "we've made our muffins."

I am now disappointed there are in fact no muffins.
