Baitcon ideas

I realized looking at the flavor lists from years past that at this point, collectively we've had enough offerings in the veggie department to make up almost a full salad. I think that's pretty cool and would actually really enjoy trying out a Salad Bar Sundae of all the veggie flavors put into one bowl together.

So, for those of you who've made tomato, cucumber, caremelized onion, and some of the other savory veggie flavors, what do you think, could we do it?

Well there is that recipe in the article you sent me about blue cheese ice cream. I'm sure it could be adapted to stilton.....
