I realized looking at the flavor lists from years past that at this point, collectively we've had enough offerings in the veggie department to make up almost a full salad. I think that's pretty cool and would actually really enjoy trying out a Salad Bar Sundae of all the veggie flavors put into one bowl together.

So, for those of you who've made tomato, cucumber, caremelized onion, and some of the other savory veggie flavors, what do you think, could we do it?

Hmmm. Salad bar flavors...chickpea/hummus ice cream? Hard-boiled egg ice cream? Green pepper sorbet? :)

Of course, you'd have to have sunflower seeds and croutons for toppings!

Someone did roasted yellow pepper sorbet one year but it turned out vile. I'd think that red pepper or yellow pepper that hasn't been roasted would make a lovely sorbet but I don't have the time to mess with it given the already large list I've got in the test phases. Wanna take up the torch here? And oh year, chickpea would be fun to play with! Maybe as a non dairy flavor made with soy cream and some black pepper and some olive oil?
