Infused flavors

baitconI plan to bring two infused-cream flavors, already infused, to Baitcon. My difficulty is that I don't know where or how to store the infused cream from my arrival on Friday to being able to freeze them on Saturday. Thus I turn to the freezing crew, kitchen crew, and everyone who's brought infused cream with them in the past. Will a cooler keep things cold enough overnight? Can I borrow fridge space somewhere once I'm on site? Is there some Sekrit Ninja Ice Cream Technique that I don't know about? Help me, Ice-Cream Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope!
