flight of cocktail ice creams

Chocolate rum raisin
Blue Hawaiian
Mai Tai
BBC (Bailey banana colada)
Lady of Singapore (kind of like a pink, less sweet pina colada)
I was going to try a Navy Grog flavor, too, but it calls for too many specialty ingredients and I don't have the time to deal.
If I have the time, I'll make lemon curd for ice cream and ginger for sorbet syrup, and I should dig out a box of Thin Mints for the usual Wafer Thin Mint.

With my various Baitcon-duties and wrangling our adorable yet wild daredevil of a toddler around things like dangerous-to-him things like LN2, forks, the fire pit, the wood stove, ticks ... I'm not sure I'll manage to make even one flavor. I do hope to manage an hour sitting with you & others sipping on (not Gin, hate that stuff) & Juice or Grown-Up Beverages.
