If there were infinite time and infinite freezing slots I'd just add this to my own list of
flavors to make.

Instead, I'll offer the recipe that just made me drool. (I've really got to stop googling the week before Baitcon to refine my own recipes...)

Nutella. not as a mix in or swirl, just as about 50% by weight of the ice cream itself.

huh. zucchini ice cream. at a baitcon that is in the peak of excess-zucchini-in-the-garden season. ;-)
